They forgot to add that by turning on the light they caused the walls of the room to collapse and destroy life as we know it.

It’s been a while since I’ve seen this comic. Very funny. But, we all know that dragons are a metaphor for the walls/hidden in the corners/microscopic/are undetectable by human senses/teleport in the presence of light/a combination of the above.
